My life has been a journey to discover who I am and what I am here to do. From Jamaica to London, from visions to enlightenment, I have followed a call to “wake myself up and create a path.”

Through decades of exploration—teaching, writing, traveling, and creating—I have uncovered my identity as both seeker and bridge: between East and West, intellect and consciousness, past and future.

Awakening has shown me that true freedom lies beyond the limits of intellect, in the quantum field where consciousness creates reality. My destiny is to dedicate my life to this truth, to inspire others to awaken, and to help humanity shift to a higher level of being. As well as to continue the legacy of Sun Yat sen who appeared to me in a dream telling me to heal the family (personal and universal). 

The podcast and forthcoming movie are milestones in this mission. They are not just projects, but living expressions of my identity and commitment to a world united in consciousness.

As Lao Tse said: “The way to do, is to be.”
